1. To add IP for Outbound services, first you need to logedin to your account and go to "IP Settings" Menu.
Then click on "Add New" Button and add your IP. Make sure you have whitelisted our Outbound IP as shown on this page for sending calls to us.
2. To add IP for Inbound services first you need to have atleast one active DID/Tollfree number with us. Then you need to navigate to "DID Settings" Menu.
Then click on "Pencil Icon" for editing DID/Tollfree number.
Once you click on it you can see dialog box asking for your IP. Enter your Origination IP and click on "Save IP" Button.
If your IP is accepted by our system dialog box should disapper and you can see your IP in "Routed To" coloumn. Make sure you have Whitelisted our Inbound IP (As shown in DIDs page) at your end to receive calls from us.
