- Always reboot vicidial before you start doing configuration.
Click on Administration
Click on continue setup
Put your new admin password
once you click save after entering new password click on Home button on top left hand side of dialer page. you will be returned to welcome page then again click on administration and put username 6666 and then put your new password and click submit.
After login you will see the dashboard like this.
Now, you have to give permission admin user from users and then select 6666.
Scroll down in users configuration page and enable all the features you want to access by selecting 1 instead of 0. Then save it.
Now you have to configure carrier trunk in vicidial. so now go to admin menu and select carriers.
after clicking on carriers following screen will appear select "Add A new Carrier" and put the trunk configuration as given Here.

Create campaign by filling the details in form like this.
In detailed campaign view put correct Dial Prefix & Manual Dial prefix in relation to trunk configuration.
Once campaign is configured you need to create users so that they can dial from the outbound campaign. Phone login & password will be the sip details you need to put in your softphone and vicidial IP will be domain IP.
Once you save the report you will get following details page here you can give permission to your users and save the settings.
For DIDs First setup carrier trunk for Inbound as instructed here for Inbound calls.follow these steps to configure DID extension on vicidial.
Configure your DID in detailed way so that you can take calls on specific extensions or send calls to agent by manipulating DID Route and Phone extension.
For configuring IVR blast you need to configure remote agent so that you can start blasting calls.
For enabling Audio store for uploading IVRs go to admin and select "system settings"
scroll down you will find option "sounds web server" & "central sound control active"
Put your server IP address in "sounds web server" and change "central sound control active" to 1
Save all thing and then you can see "audio store" option under Admin menu now you can go there and upload your audio files.
